Lowering a Nomad?

Is there a way to lower the read end of a Nomad?
I looked at it from a machinist perspective and there does not really seem to be an easy way.
It seems that the easiest way would be to purchase shorter shocks.
I am not looking to lower it for leg reach but I would like to achieve that slammed look...or as much as possible.
I am looking to lower it no more than 2 inches.
If so any recommendations? Things to be careful of?
Thanks
