WTB....A BUNCH OF STUFF

I have had my 05 Nomad for a few days now and starting the mods.Removed the back rest and pillion.I am looking for a Mustang tank and rear fender bib, preferably studded.I am also considering a rear fender rack.To safe a few bucks I always try to buy from forum members. This helps my budget and gives you a chance to get rid of things you no longer have a need for. Also, if you have any other dress up items you don't need I may be interested.Thanks.

I have rounded up everything but the rear fender bib and rear fender rack.Does anyone have a dusty corner in your garage that may have one of these items laying around?

No but lay that plate down before someone gets hurt!

Using some of the bolts there now all you need is a 1/4in of plastic to create a spacer off to do that.

I don't know what it was, some left over hunk of 1/4" plastic sheet from some past project I re cut to be apx 2" w x what ever longer than the holes enough to drill .

Scrap lexan, plexi glass, and assorted micarta would do the same thing in 1/4" thick.

I used only some of the stock longer bolts, and even added a rubber base gasket made os thin rubber much like inner tube rubber, which is a good idea as the chrome pedistal is a direct on paint fit as stock and shouldn't be. The chrome pedistal will break paint, and let water under the paint.

The plate holes to hold the plate must first be drilled then counter bored to recess the bolt heads, and the bolts must be glue in the adapter. Once the glue sets you install the adpapter on the fender, and then install the plate last.
