Trunk Question
As with many things in life, it all comes down to how deep you want to dig into your pockets.
You can go relatively cheap, with a Mutazu trunk. Moderately expensive, with a Scootworks or a used HD or Voyager trunk. Or, you can go top-shelf with a Premeux or Champion Fairings trunk. I have the Scootworks Supertrunk III (see sig pics, below).

Trunk Question
Get the HD trunk and be done with it, you won't regret it. Heres the cheapest place I know of to get them.

Trunk Question
I think the wording "stuck with the Nad for now"... is bad karma, you must first kiss your Nad and rub it's Gas Tank 3 times. I went with the 83/84 Yamaha Venture trunk, I think it follows the lines of the Nomad nicely.

Trunk Question
i emailed the people at reckless on their tourpak that's $285 primed to be painted. he said all HD accessories would fit it. Didn't look if it had locks n hinges and stuff but for 285 you could find used back rests ect off ebay. seem people here like their fairing pretty well, I'm sure the trunk would be well received as well.
