Probably the best $100 I've spend so far?

I've spent well over $2,000 on my bike so far with extras and mods. But I think the best money I've spent so far is my new Grasshopper backrest. Man, that thing is just perfect on my bike, and on my back. I'm really looking forward to all those long rides now. Don't think you can beat it for $100.

Lonnie does a great job supporting our weary backs! ;) One note, however, I was about to go with a solo riding look- with a Mustang Fender Chap & no passenger seat, but the Grasshopper backrest stood out in a very unappealling way... so I'm returning the Bib, and put the passenger seat back on. No problem

I went solo with the Grasshopper backrest and don't have any problem with how it looks. But we all see things differently.

Well, mine came today. Got it on the bike, took a short ride. It's terrific. I'll put it to good use on the way to Natchez tomorrow.

I don't see a place to put the discount code on Grasshopper's web site. Am I missing something? thanks

Congrats on the back rest.. you will like it.. Yhe only thing I do not like about it is it is non adjustable. I have the Kaw model and can slide in back and forth.. Depending on my mood :) . BUT His work on the rests are first rate. I may have him do a pad for my trunk..........

Come to think of it... in putting the passenger pillion back on, I may have corrected the glaring gap that i had which didn't look too spiffy, as I bent the backrest forward a bit.

Yours looks perfectly fine! I would've kept the solo look if it had looked like yours.
