Nomad in 8' or 10' trailer??

Put money down on a 2001 Nomad and the deal was I would be back when it got a little warmer and ride it home but I am getting nervous about just leaving it sit there so I want to rent a trailer and go get it next couple of days. The local trailer rental place has either a 5x8' or 6x10' foot trailer available. The Kawasaki site says the bike is 8.25' long. Will the bike fit into an 8' trailer with the wheel turned to one side and/or possibly angling it in the trailer a little or must I go to the larger 10' foot trailer?
