Nomad Trials game again

This spot has been catching my eye for a while. There are trash trees growing to the left and right of where I do this, and I kept hoping to find a better location so that I could go in sooner, and come out later, allowing me to go higher up.

Never found another spot, so I made do with this one.

For those that are new here, this is just something that I enjoy doing.

Dude, when you turn over your bike is really going to get scuffed up!! Put some training wheels on that puppy and you could go all the way to the top!

That's it. I'm sending you back to the hospital for more tests!

My thoughts exactly. You keep this up Dan and next time it may not be a medical hospital they send you to for a checkup.

You'll be fine as long as you don't go too high and smack your head on the overpass.

My ideal way of doing stuff like that, is by using someone elses bike. And that hasn't happened yet.

Safety/Riding Moderator huh? Maybe we all need to re-evaluate that. It's hard enough manhandling these bikes let alone ride on bridge slopes. Good luck keeping the rubber side down.

Come to think of it, in rush hour stop and go, I have driven a car up those kind of inclines to avoid being rear ended. Nice to know the Nomad capabilities, just don't think I want to do it for fun. The above comments from the other guys are pretty accurate.

Nomad Trials game again

OK! I have a real good flame suit so I am going to say it! Just because something can be done does not mean is should be. And then to make a public demonstaration of it for everyone to see in MY OPINION, (I know everybody has one), is not being responsible and most likely it is illegal. I have no doubts that Dan is a very accomplished rider, but is this kind of thing/action we want to promote and be known for? This kind of thing is not even done in bike rodeos. What is next, showing everyone how to pull a wheelie on the Nomad because it will pull one. Or doing a rodi on the 900 lb bike. How about taking off the windshield and riding the bars. Stepping off the bike and doing foot slides along it down the highway. Maybe just setting the cruse and riding standing on the seat with no hands going down the freeway. I feel like I am scolding one of my chrildren or chewing out an apprentice lineman for Hot Dogging on a pole. If Dan wants to do this kind of thing and be known for it let him put it on his own private web site and advertise it as trick rides etc. I say/vote, whatever, no more of this kind of posts for the public to view here. If this kind of actions/post continues I won't be part of this group.

Dan; I've actually done that, too; though, never on my Nomad!
I guess I'm not as adventurous as I used to be!!

I think Watchman needs to lighten up!
Just because Dan enjoys doing this, does not mean that he is suggesting you do it, too; it's just his thing; leave him alone!!!
If he gets hurt, I doubt seriously that he will blame anyone other than himself, so , it's nobody elses business what he does, unless he involves others !!
just my 2 cents......
