· River Road Handlebar/Windshield Bags feature synthetic leather construction that's so real, you'll have to look twice
· Pipe-edged for better looks
· Attaches securely to handlebar with nylon straps

Do you think this bag could be attached to the windshield bracket on an 07 Nomad?

not sure, on my 04 with chucksters risers there isn't enough room between the shield & bars to open it.

I ended up making my own bracket to mount my bag which is very close to this one.
I had some scrap metal strips laying around and just bent them in a vise, painted them satin black and used 2 of the windsheild bolts to mount it.
I have the Phat II risers.
