HOME FROM PALESTINE

Had a great time meeting some new folks and see old friends hope everyone made it home safe. We had a little problem with the bike I think we picked up some bad fuel. The bike was running rough for a little while then seemed to fix itself. That being said the trip was worth it.

Home safe and sound. Julie and I really enjoyed seeing everyone, seeing everyone's great bikes and eating Mexian food. We had a great time and an excellent ride to and from Palestine. Let's do this again soon.

There is always the fix-it-all Seafoam...... ;)

Great to see you and Marla again..

It was quite a good turnout. Likewise on getting to visit with old friends and make new ones.

Looking forward to the next one.

OH, Yes. I'm home without incident. T

The new Nomad has now had it first cross country run. All that is left is a out of state run and a run to a states that borders the Atlantic and another the Pacific. Then I would consider it broken in..

Plunge cut off at A W Grimes in RR towards home

Woody, Skeeter, and McDaddy took of south on FM 973 out of Taylor towards home.

I'm not far from a lot of you, and it would have been a nice ride. But, I needed the tires swapped out, and the inspection was expired because the tires wouldn't pass. Do it soon again indeed, before it's 95 degrees outside at 7AM.

Made it home safe. It was great ride and some wonderful company. It was great being able to put faces to several posts.
Split off from Matt, Graig and Larry at Spring Cypress and 45.
I had some loose batterie connections. Bluetongue saved the day. (My day that is ). Thanks again Bluetongue.
To all hope to meet you again soon.

HOME FROM PALESTINE

I just got home about 15 minutes ago (9:30 pm) I passed a bike with a rider standing beside it on the other side of the road, so, I turned around to see if I could do anything. Turned out his Victory touring model had run out of gas. This was 10 miles north of Canton on 19. So, I rode back to Canton, filled my bike, bought a one gallon gas jug, filled it, and returned to give it to him. Needless to say he was happy. It was kind of disturbing that he said 6 other bikes passed him and didn't even stop. My total mileage for the trip was 651. I took a little more scenic trip on the way home. Great meeting so many of the members and seeing so many Nomads.
