Some planning for the future...

With the advent of creating regions in Canada and appointing Regional Leaders, I took another look at KawaNOW's chain of command. Today, I made some appointments that I think are needed and timely.

They say that the success of an organization is how well the CEO/President plans for it and whether those plans are communicated and executed. So, today, I have made some responsibility changes to help secure the future of KawaNOW.

It's no secret that Jeff "SWB" Platz is second in command of KawaNOW. If anything happens to me in the future and I am not able to oversee and operate KawaNOW, then Jeff will step in and will become the President.

I have also appointed Steve "Ringadingh" Dzuryk as Vice President over Canadian Operations and Todd "Toddf1" Frasier, Vice President over USA Operations. So, in the event that something happens to me, Jeff will be President and will have Todd and Steve helping him run things.

Since the US and Canada house the majority of our members, I felt that assigning VP's over those areas was prudent. If and when membership levels in other countries grow in numbers, then we'll take a look at VP appointments for them at that time.

As always, I thank you for being a part of KawaNOW.

Trip

Hmm... I hope we stay looking and feeling like a group of Nomad owners, not like a corporation.

Trip,
One of my favorite quotes is..."failing to plan is like planning to fail". Good CEO'S think five years down the road, so you are doing well to consider the future. Congrats to the new VP's... !

Geez Trip... you know something you're not saying? ...or did your wife decide to speed-up another decision by skipping the new Lexus purchase? ;)

I understand the need to plan for the "unforeseen". Sounds like you continue to make good decisions. ;)

Trip this is too political for me, but why all these duffers? Geeze, one listens to the voices in his head! Are you aware of that?

The only thing the same, is I have no ambition.. You can take that to the bank...

Not as bad as having Todd and his "emperor of all" hands all over your chest in that rabbit picture.
