Phat II or Aeromach Pull backs

Considering which pullbacks to go with. Have read alot about the offset holes in the Phat II - is it possible to install these risers in the center holes? Which gives the most pullback - center hole or offset hole? Are there any cable or turning issues depending on which one you use?

Those of you that use the Aeromach risers - what caused you to select those and are there any cable issues?

Any information anyone is willing to share would be much appreciated. Thanks.

No cable issues, no turning issues, and good looking risers too.

Phat II or Aeromach Pull backs

I have the Aeromach. No cable issues, just bolted on. Very satisfied. 2005 Nomad 1600. No more shoulder pain.

Phat II or Aeromach Pull backs

I installed the phatt II risers using the center holes on my '07 nomad. What i did is i removed the chrome nacelle. Loosened the gas tank bolts and had my wife push backwards on tank from front of bike, while I tightened the bolts. Then I loosened up the bolts holding the speedo to tank and pushed it back rearward, while tighting bolts. Then put nacelle on and pushed it rearwards while tightening bolts. This gave me about 2 to 3 credit card clearance on left and right full turns. Also when installing risers have someone grab risers and pull forward, this could give you a smidgen of wxtra clearance.

Phat II or Aeromach Pull backs

I have the Phat II risers. I used the off set holes so it would clear the spedo nacelle. I love them, feel good and only cable issues was needing to remove one of the cable holders things on the handle bars, but everything else is good. 4" rise, 2" pull back.

I used the Phat II offset holes. Did not have to remove cable holder that others have done. Just gently pulling on the cables, taking up some of the slack worked for me.

I'm 5'7" More than enough pullback

Phat II or Aeromach Pull backs

I have the Aeromachs. Very good... a little less expensive than the Phat II's as I recall. I'm 6'6" with big ol' monkey arms, so didn't need much pull back. Needed rise though. The only concern I have with them is they come within a credit-card's width from the nacel. Never touch it though. No cabling issues either. Took about 1/2 hour to install.. maybe 45 minutes. That was a lotta beer ago. ;)

Phat II or Aeromach Pull backs

I have the Phat II's and I'm very pleased with them. I used the off-set mounting and have all the pull-back and rise I need. for comparison I'm 5'8" with 30" sleeve.
