V&H baffle removal

I know there have been other threads about removing baffles, but my search was unsuccessful and I'm looking for some step by step instructions. I'm looking to remove the baffles from my V&H's but, obviously, I don't want to screw anything up when I do it. Your help will be appreciated.

V&H baffle removal

On the bottom of each pipe where the exhaust comes out there are 2 alan head screws take them out and remove the baffles. They may seem stuck but they will come out.

It's so easy even a cave man can do it.

Just a little note to add.If you have ever drug the pipes in a turn, you will need to work on the screws before the wrench will go in them. Been there/done that.

I had to take a small flat tipped screw driver and cleaned out the burrs from the alan head and then take a hammer and tap the alan wrench into it. One was so bad I took the dremel tool and just cut a slot and used a big straight blade screw driver and then put new screws back in when I put the baffles back. I also put a little neversease on the bolts when I put them back in. One baffle was stuck really good and I bent a rod and put in up the pipe and jerked on the baffle from the front side until the exhaust dust broke loose.

What Watchman said I have had my baffles in and out so many times they are almost automatic.

Jeff just bring it over to the house and I will get them out for you.

Except when a couple of the screws are pretty jacked up and I will need to run over to Oldbiker's in order to get those two out. I'll get those baffles out soon enough.

When all else fails, I have found that a quarter-stick of dynamite will usually solve most problems.
