Caddman Mod

I did the Caddman Mod on my bike I pulled the ICS valves and plugged the nipples with plugs and hose clamps, also stuffed a marble in the big hose behind where the front ICS valve was but on the right side there is still a vaccum line that comes into the bottom af my backing plate that is really noisy you can really hear the air flowwing through it, do I need to cap or plug this line also?
