Let me get this straight.........

Obama personally fired the CEO of GM. The US Gov't is putting BILLIONS of dollars into GM. The Union is going to get a share, the Gov't is getting a 70% share, and the bond holders are getting what's left. All of this, as far as I can tell, is to save the UAW pensions and health benefits and keep GM afloat.

Chrysler is bankrupt and Ford has taken no help. Now with the full "faith and credit" of the US Gov't backing GM doesn't this put Ford in an unfair marketing position? Is this LEGAL? Does anyone G.A.S?

I'm thinking there should be a lawsuit here somewhere.

I'm also thinking that since we all own, as gov't benefactors (aka taxpayers), 70% of GM that we should be able to go to our local dealer and demand our new cars.

Needless to say, I'm getting sick of this whole mess. I'm also getting to be more and more concerned for the future stability of the world, and subsequently our, economy.
