The real question is can you southern boys handle a full blown crazed Yankee, not the typical city boys you are accustomed to seeing, but one that lives in the woods half wild?

I don't talk this way because I can't get hurt on line I talk like this all the time and drive local flatlanders nuts. All you miss is the Grin on my face.

I am a word butcher of the best sort and just leave me an opening.. Being hard of hearing helps too. I cut a blanket once to make a Capot' with no pattern. That was in my head.

In an hour or so it was all done and by hand only, with a hood and long tails off the top to tie like the old ones did. I pass it to the owner to try on and seat myself on his couch.

His dog leaps into my lap and lays down just as the guy says "Nice Job" I heard it as Nice Dog, and wondered about that guy, complimentin' his own dog?????

I don't even know what I am gonna do next, so that makes 2 of us..

We'll have to make it an EVENT! Being as I'm originally from Michigan, (not that that makes me a yankee), I was raised shooting guns and running in the woods whenever possible.

Hey Dick, I'll bring a couple or three real guns. Such as a 44 mag (the weakest I've got), a TC single shot pistol chambered for 30-30 (sort of medium) and my Remington XP-100 bolt action pistol chambered for 7mm-308. (This one will throw down some snot!) I used to shoot all three of these in competition. Had some real fun!

Well, I've got a TC in 7x30 Waters, and one in 357 Rem Max. 357 Python out of the Colt custom shop. Rifles in 7mm mag, 300 mag, 25-06, 2 in 22-250 & 2 Anschutz 17 mags (waiting for one of the guys out West to invite me prairie dog shooting), 3 Ruger Red labels in various gauges......couple AR's, 45ACP Comp Springfield racegun, 5 glocks, 2 other Colts, couple Smith's and about 20-30 others.

I ain't seen that flick in better than 30 years, and only seen it once. I do not squeel like a pig either. That flick would 'ave 'ad a whole different ending if it had been me in it...

Reel Guns? I don't see any listed Flinters. Last time I shot a TC Break top in 30-30 it belonged to the guy with the spinner target, who said after I could shoot it with my .62 cal Nor West Gun (a flinter) Oh that .60 ball ate that spinner right up, and I felt pretty bad about that.

All busted to jumpin blue blazes it was. Even I couldn't fix that..

I just bought 50 .22's in #12 gauge SHOT to murder a PETA Red (commie) Squirrel and that stuff set me back 10 BUCKS!

You know it's safe as I can't come, and mostly because yer wives won't allow me to sleep on the back lawn...... right? Fer sure they won't allow me anywhere's near in side the house!

Mac, I don't have any flint locks either but I do have an old Winchester Model 1876 chambered for the 45-60. Originally, that was a blackpower cartridge.
