Me three. My wife has no interest at all in riding. After 29 years, she knows when to step back and let me do my own thing, and I give her the same freedom.

I guess I am lucky. My wife likes to ride with me. She loves to sit back and watch the scenery. She also knows that I have to have time for myself and same for her. Good thing I don't like shopping so I really don't miss out on her time alone.

Hey Joe. Didn't get a chance to meet you in Helen but we new about your mishap. We are so sorry about your injury both physical and mental. We will pray for you and your wife for the surgery and your decision about riding again. Give it time and I know you will make the right one either way.
I had left you a message about your trailer and hitch and how you like them. Don't worry about answering right now. You just worry about healing. By the way, I just wanted to ask about the trailer not that I wanted to buy it. I agree with everybody that you get the King of the road award. Hope we have the honor of meeting you and your wife someday. God Bless, Dennis & Gretchen |

Again, thanks everyone for the kind words. I'll have the Nomad repaired, and I'll repair myself, and then see if my wonderful wife will give me some slack about riding. Maybe I have to begin with local riding and take it from there. Time will tell...

Joe, I'm really sorry to hear about your spill.
I've been married for almost 30 years, too, so I know that couples DO make decisions together. Good luck in finding the right decision for both of you.

Joe, first let me say, "It was a pleasure meeting you". and second, I hope what ever decision you make is the right one for you. Give it some time, and then talk about it with the other half. Like Trip said, "what ever you decide, don't have second guesses about it". GOD gave us little time here, so enjoy it to the fullest.
