I installed the Audiovov using the instructions on Gadget's site. Works great! Wasn't as easy as installing a throtle lock but not that hard... Weird to feel the throttle rotate under your hand as you go up & down hills and it adjusts to keep the speed steady.
And half the price of the breakaway at around $90-$100. Best price I found was on Amazon with one of the ship free offers.

Al, Vista Cruise does the job for me and is easy to use. You can easily overpower it to adjust your speed or shut it down. People who have owned a Vista Cruise, seem to stay with them.

Hear is an offer for ya. I will install the Vista Cruise for you at my shop. How easy is that? Oh yeah, bring da beer.

Billmac and Dan, your conversation reminded me of the fun I had installing my vista. I am fairly mechanicly capable, but when you drop that little black spacer in the garage @ night???!!! Lets just say that my bike recieved a very thorough inspection that evening. It's rather impressive all the little spaces in and around the engine compartment where things can hide.

I think I even may have taught my Kelli some new words. Thank God, she's a patient woman.

I spent two hours whittling away at the rubber on my vista cruise to make it fit my kuryakyn grips. I have since heard you dont even need the vista rubber with those fat grips. Just tighten the vista down or use a couple of turns of electrical tape. Havent tried it but I think it is true.

Bill, I may just take you up on that. How much beer do I need to bring to complete the job?

Maybe we can do the vista cruise early one day and add a 75-100 mile ride afterwards. I know a couple of backroads near here that are really nice and lead to a restaurant.

Flip-a-lever here(CJ) and love it. Simple to install(1 screw) easy to adjust(1 minute) and simple to use. Works great on th flats. I also have iso throttle bosses both sides and they help. Dont ask you cant order one, 1 of a kind. :-)

I have one of these as well. Less than 10 bucks. They even have one for the left grip as well. Just can't remove right hand from grip completely. Worked like a charm on my 700 mile trip from AZ.
