motorcycle laws changing in Utah

It's easier to ride on a motorcycle in Utah today, rather than it was in the past, and while dry in some spots it's a little easier to buy a beer too. If you like the seedy side try 2nd South Street in Salt Lake.

So, is this where you developed your Utah Allergy?

I'M SO CONFUSED!!!
I guess what my point was... that no experience riders were buying high performance bikes off the showroom floor and getting into trouble. If they take the MSF course then they get their license without a riding test.

Down here we have also had a rash of motorcycle fatalities. Several were just the bike crashing which involved alcohol. One not long ago was a husband and wife riding separate bikes. She was following him and rear ended him approaching a red light. She flew over the handlebars lost her helmet and smacked head first on the pavement. They were both wearing novelty helmets. The rest were "crotch rockets" with young inexperienced riders. One had just purchased the bike the week before and didn't have an endorsement yet. He failed to negotiate a curve riding along with two friends. He crossed two lanes of traffic and ran into a garbage can on the shoulder. His surviving friends said they were only doing 60 mph in a 55. With today's high cost of fuel, motorcycle sales are booming. It's kind of like airplanes and cars, there are more car crashes than plane crashes simply because there are more of them. They better get prepared because it isn't going to get any better.
