Fairing with a different shape

Here's a guy on VROC. I believe this is originally a drifter with Nomad bags and a road/tour glide fairing. Definately different. It can be done. Looks a little like the Vaquero looooong before it was ever thought of.

Fairing with a different shape

In HD's ladder of passe' 883 up to the glorious Ultra, isn't the the Road Glide a couple of steps below the Ultra? One of my cousins wanted a Road Glide but his wife said it looked like an old mans bike. He didn't buy it. He is happy with his BMW K1200S, talk about a difference in riding positions.??
oh just saying...

Fairing with a different shape

I didn't notice one bit of change in how my bike steers from the windshield and the fairing or no windshield for that matter. Everyone I have met with a roadglide say the wind beats them to death but they won't use a tall windshield because of the cool factor, I guess with the windshield so far forward the air comes over and right into your chest and face no thanks

Cool factor, I like that. Actually if there was no cool factor, how many of us would be riding?

Well, this is certainly a different looking fairing.
Scroll through the pictures and there's a closeup of it in red. Definitely more Shark Nose than Bat Wing.
