So what was the problem. Curious to know.

+1 what they said! It will be worthwhile knowing what the problem was. Hopefully the bike is not still at the dealer! :(

No, the bike was sold a couple of years ago. This is an old thread. Cyclecat and her husband got rid of their Nomads and ride quads now.
