The oily worm got the bird

To cut out all of the extra details, here's the bottom line:
I apparently ended up putting too much oil in my bike. Unknowingly, during a ride my Nomad began having clean oil coming from "somewhere" at the top end and was going all over right side saddle bag and everything in between (including the right leg of my jeans from ankle to hip and up into my ponytail)!! Once I realized that was happening, stopped to try to figure out what the heck was going on, noticed a length of rubber hose (tubing) hanging down and the tip dragging the ground!! Where does excess oil get released in this situation?

It could be the PCV line coming off the front of your crankcase (right above the starter, toward the left hand side) in front of the front cylinder, that goes to the air chamber on the right hand side.
Or, could be one of your rocker box lines came loose, fastens to the crankcase right behind the rear cylinder. 2 lines come off there, one goes to front head, other goes to rear head.
Those would be the ones to look for first....
There are a few lines under your left hand side cover, but I don't think they'd be able to drag the ground.....

Thanks, I'll check those! My biggest question is regarding where would the oil be able to get out from if overfilling occurred?

Did that before. but caught it before I took her out for a ride. Fun trying to take the drain plug out just enough to let the oil drain but not lose it all.

The screen plug works great for that.
