Move out to where? The left hand lane hoggers are everywhere, even out here on the open prairies of Western Canada. You just can't escape them!

Most, if not all, states have that law on the books but nobody enforces it...same as texting while driving.

lol

Cape Cod has a number of 2 lane solid-double-line roads with no chance to legally pass for miles, and more than it's share of dimwitts with nowhere to really go and nothing to do when they get there.

It's so common to be stuck behind someone doing at least 10 miles under the speed limit that I've begin to adopt the attitude that it's impossible to speed here. Impossible because even if there's nobody in front of you right now, you'll very soon catch up to them (and the 10 cars packed tightly behind them) looking like freight trains. I swear it's hard to drive more than a mile at 'normal' speeds before running into "THEM".

Because of this I claim exemption from local posted speeds. I work for a living damnit, and not getting where I'm going in a timely fashion costs me money. If 2/3 of my trip is forced to occur at 10 miles under the speed limit then the remaining 1/3 should be done at 20 miles OVER the limit - it's only fair. Don't you agree Officer?
