Ken,

Thanks for posting about the ignition settings. I watched a youtube video and set the fuel setting at 15% and didn't mess with the ignition settings. I ended up loosing about 6 mpg. After reading your post about setting the ignition at 4, I re-did my map and set the fuel settings back to 0 and adjusted the ignition to 4 and was averaging 43 mpg and it runs great with slight muffled backfiring.

Thanks again and hopefully others will have the success of Ken and myself.

Try adding 4 in the 0% throttle column for fuel from 1500 rpm to 4000 rpm, should get you at about 99.5% pop free. I only get a slight occassional pop when the bike is hot in stop and go. I dont even notice it anymore. I average bewteen 38 - 42 mpg depending on if I twist the throttle a bit.
