Well you can do the hearing test with the rod like I said. The only reason i say so is it might be cam chains hack sawing thru the plug wells on lt ft and rt rr.

That area is high in the engine, and it might be the metal you found was from there.

Do not run the engine long and watch for that red light to come on.

If the engine is toast it just is and you will need another one. If it is timing chains you will need new plug tubes and timing chain extenders, and you will also need to know that POG isn't broken and has been replaced in steel.

I can't take any responsibility if you follow my advice. Like i said I think you bought a bike from someone who knew that gear was broke.

Running a engine a few moments with no oil pressure will raise hell.
