Here is my initial planned route, will make side trips off this ie. Cabot trail. Timing will depend on what I find along the way but I figure a couple of days on Gaspesie Peninsula and a couple on Cape Breton. Then fill in the rest on the fly.

Nice Pat. When we came back from Cape Breton right after Canso, we took a route that more or less took us all along the coast. Some parts really nice roads, some parts not so much, but still nice. A really nice route is the 333. We took that to Peggy's Cove. There is a small motel just past the cove that we stayed at. far from high class, but right on the ocean and they had deck chairs out back on the rocks. from there we continued along the 333 to lunensburg. Really nice bike road and lunenburg is nice. We went to Turso next and stayed at a motel called the tidal bore. What a dump and the Titian bore that we came to see when the tide comes in was not worth seeing that time of year. If you get far enough into the bay of Fundy, say around Fundy National park, the tides are 50 feet.
You could Maybe PM Caper1 He would have lots more info than me.

Yeah that's the place. We pulled in there about 5pm and went back down the road next day and spent a couple of hours at Peggy's Cove. Not the Ritz like I said but convenient and a restaurant within walking distance.
In Bedeck we stayed in the Lynnwood. The Silver Dart also looked good there.

This sounds like a few days in June or July (weekdays) we can get a few guys together and meet, ride, chat, drink beer, meet, ride, chat, drink beer...get the picture? I won't be going to the national, time off is still not an open bar for me, yet!

Hi Donnie!
Good to hear you are going to be getting back in the saddle! If you guys are planning a ride, you mind if a goldwing tags along? :)
