Why would you switch to a more viscous oil in winter? You should be fine where you are year round and if not maybe go 5-30.

What you said, to me just makes no sense.

Ya know that 'W' doesn't mean weight, it in fact means Winter.

You're absolutely right. Smaller the first number better for winter. I had it backwards. Thanks.
