Here's another thought. Big City, Monster baffles - OR some creative equal like I experimented with.

The $80/pair Monster baffle is shown on the right, just a washer suspended in a tube. What I see as an equal, is shown on the left. A bit of copper plumbing from Lowe's. Maybe $10/pair. Install it the same way, at the end of the head pipe as it enters the muffler. It's another idea.


Did this create enough back pressure? Seems like an interesting idea-similar to torque cones, but at a different location.
