Some good information, but holding the camera while you try to install things is going to kill your youtube fan base. Walmart sells a good tripod for around $20, and that would help you videos immensely.

I appreciate videos too. You had me worried opening a box, with an upholstered product inside, using a Large knife. Whew!

Nope, but I got a knife sort of like that and opened a box of new boots with it once. The guy who sharpened the knife swore it would "cut your leg off". I don't know about that, but it would definitely cut off the boot the leg goes in if you follow my drift.

Still using the stock seat here. I bought the Kaw gel seat the same day as the bike, then all the hardware to make it interchangeable (docking plate and rubber bumpers). I only use the gel seat when my wife rides, which is next to never, and no complaints from the stock seat for me. - Next rally I'm at, I'll see if someone has one. Maybe I don't know what I'm missing. ;0)

Great Vids.. on your video on the Ultimate seat you mention installing the OEM back rest.. have you done that as of yet? I am in the same position and am trying to figure out if I want to do the back rest or go all out and get the Corbin or Mustang seat with the passenger back rest attached to it. I am told to install the OEM backrest you need to drill into the fender.. wanted to know what it looked like once done...
Keep doing the videos....

Ok, I installed the kawi passenger back rest...I love that I can take it on and off quickly...i hate that I can't throw it in the saddle bag when off...

it is much more conspicuous than the harley unit (mostly because of the fender skirts or filler pannels, whatever they are called)

I think the pad and bar itself weighs at least 20lbs...I was surprised

I did send the ultimate seat back..and didn't keep it long enough to have the sissy bar and the ultimate seat together.

The installation of the sissy bar was no big deal...i was scared to drill until I realized the drilling locations are premarked, and 100% plastic. I used a unibit to cut the holes....not a big deal at all!

let me know if you have any other questions.

Sorry for the delayed response.
