Did You Ride Today? Where To and How Far?

Just got back 30 minutes ago from a 34 mile ride. It is really hot out.

Took Tammy for an anniversary ride of about 40 or so miles for ice cream.

Got off night shift on Friday morning and rode from Pasadena up to Groveton TX to visit my dear Mother. Had a good visit. Was warm enough at 85 at 830 this morning when I left up there, but since they were forecast for a high of 103 to 105 I decided to come home this morning instead of roasting this evening. Had an enjoyable and uneventful ride and got home right at 11 am. Only 120 miles, but it sure does the mind good to get out on the highway.

got in about 65 miles this morning before the heat started to get me rode up next to dragon and met or saw at least 4 county and one state hp just from the Harley gas station to the start of the dragon turned and came back to house.

Cindy and I and a couple friends rode 367 miles yesterday.
the last 45 were in this rain and fog. Ahhh, the memories we create.

Took a nice Sunday afternoon ride today. The crops are starting to ripen, so it was a nice tour of the fields of wheat that are turning gold. Wind was light, which is rare, so that was an added bonus. Put on about 175 miles.

Finally, a really nice day out today. Morning temps around 70 actually felt a little chilly! We took a big circle loop around the (outside of) Twin Cities. A little over 300 miles, 13 counties, 2 states, and spent about 11 hours out enjoying the day. :)

Here is a question - how many motorcycle cylinders can you fit into one parking stall? Answer: 24 when they are in 3 Boss Hoss bikes. They were parked in the drive-in where we stopped for dinner. Crazy bikes. One with a nos kit worked in under the tank.

Didn't ride any Saturday or Sunday so rode in to work today. Total miles for the day is 19.

Rode to work today and then a ride this afternoon, rode about 30 miles total.

First ride in about four days last evening. Only 20 or so miles after work, cool out and clear for a change - man! that bike runs good.

Thought it was going to rain this morning so I drove the car instead. After I got home I had to run an errand and rode the bike but only 5 miles total.

Just got back from a nice cool ride. Total miles for the day 64 miles.

Finally!!! I got a chance to get out for a ride. By myself, but I enjoyed it just the same. I've been so busy with the roofing project here at home and being the "go to guy" for that and then working my ass off down at the cabin, there has been little time for riding. But like I said I got out for most of the day and rode through the valley and the backroads of the small towns around like Aldergrove, Abbotsford, Langley,... and almost out to Chilliwack BC. .....I'll see if I can't get away again tomorrow for a bit. Ride safe everyone.

round trip to work...total 40 miles. this morning was 74 degrees...lowest it has been in 4 weeks. felt good. of course back to 101 on the way home...i can't keep dew rags clean and dry. ready for fall!!!!!!!
