To all in the area, have been watching the devastation on the news. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all in the Joplin area affected by the storm. It is heart wrenching to watch what has happened. We have had a very similar situation with the Slave Lake, Alberta fire wiping out one third of the town of 7000, but no loss of life. God Bless! Ride Safe. Dennis

The damage in Joplin is terrible. We have sent EMS crews and Sheriff's Department Deputies over to help. I have a good friend who was riding his BMW Sunday afternoon and had to take shelter at one of the Truck Stops on I-44 in Joplin that was destroyed. He is OK and his Bike was somehow not damaged. When he was able to get out of the store to retrieve his bike, a car hood was resting against the tire. Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in Joplin. The tornado was devastating.
