We're moving to East Tennessee

Haven't been on the board for about a month. I've been working a "help out" near Knoxville. Well, the help out had turned into a permanent position. Nancy spent the past 10 days with me looking over the area area and has agreed to make the move. So, we're going to put the Lake Stevens, WA house on the market and move to the West Knoxville/Kingston area.

Quite a change for us. but, the climate looks like it will agree with our bones, housing costs are really affordable, and the riding looks excellent. Cool, I'll finally be able to add the Dragon to my list of rides.

I'll keep you all posted on plans and developments.

Good luck with the move. The majority of Tennessee is beautiful with great riding roads.

East Tennessee is a beautiful area - you will love riding on the Blue Ridge Parkway. You will learn that in the South we are "fixin to go ridin" or "fixin" to do anything.

Hey there, if you decide to go a little farther east, like about an hour, have a great place for sale. We plan to live on the road in oue fifth wheel. Check Owners.com/DAJ5411

Waaall, we're a'fixen' ta move. <G>

For me, the accent sounds, and feels, natual. For Nancy, this could be rather trying. She still sounds like the Manatoban she is. <G> but, she had a good time for the past week.

John,
Congrats on the new job and good luck with your move! Hate to lose a good member here in the NW region....but our loss is the other regions gain! It's been fun knowing and riding with you...especially to Custer this past summer....I'll never forget that! Tricia and I wish you and Nancy all the very best... ;) !

Cheers....Kris

Big john, Welcome to the Southeast. I'm sure we'll meet up one day.

I use to run with a guy named "Little John," now we have a Big John in the neighborhood.
