Black Eyes

A man came into the barber shop and sat down in the chair. The barber noticed he had two black eyes.

"Howd you get those two black eyes?" said the barber.

"In church." replied the man.

"How in the devil does anyone get two black eyes in church?" said the barber.

"Well, I was in the third pew yesterday and when we got up to sing, I noticed the lady in front of me. Her dress was tucked away in an awkward spot. It was kinda like hangin' outa her crack you know, and I just couldn't help staring at it. It just bothered me till I couldnt stand it any longer....so I reached up and pulled it loose!"

"Well", the barber laughed,"that explains one black eye. Howd you get the other?"

"Well, after she hit me I felt embarassed, and I was just sure as sin that I'd offended the poor woman, so I reached over and tucked it back in!"
