Axle Caps / Fork Ho's

My Nomad is a 2007, I'd like to put caps on the forks (Axle caps). I have a local hardware store that sells chrome caps but last time I went in they didn't carry them for metric bikes, anyone know what size they are?(diameter) Where I can get them? Or what I can use instead on paying big bucks just to fill up those holes?

The outer opening in the forks is ~15/16".

Get the closest fitting size and silicone it on.

There are a few members on the forum who have made some stilhetto tips and I beleave the kurakyn makes axle cover too.

When I was looking for something like this, the only thing I could find was "fork bullets" that mounted on the bottom of the fork tubes, and I could only find them for the 1500s. They won't fit on the 1600s because the 1600s have a larger diameter fork. I ended up getting a set of "Fork skins" from Kuryakyn, and I think they look pretty good.

From the side these look good! I wish they wrapped a bit more around the fork tube.
