Glad you are happy with the final product Rick! It was a pleasure meeting you in person and I enjoyed the work we put in on your bike. I think it turned out great! Have a great trip home, hopefully you have better weather than the trip out here.

Awesome Rick. I look forward to seeing it in person soon. The bikes will look like twins!!

I had bad luck with some weather too. Stevens Pass over hwy 2 was cold and a car wash but we were pretty good to Montana and back after that for Friday to Sunday. I met WetCoast in Omak where nearly the entire motel was taken with bikes of all kinds. he called me the King of Bling?? He has a "plain Jane" black.

Give me a call when you get back. I am ready for the Barnett spring now and I am going to dump the organic rear brake pads as soon as I can. They feel like crap.

Cory, I got home last night after a straight, fairly dry, ride from Calgary. Less than 12 hrs. so I made good time. Now I need to wash the bike and do some serious detailing. I've sent you an email that I'm sure you got today.

I'm sure you don't need my help doing the clutch but I'd be happy to watch over your shoulder while you do the work.

I have a lot to catch up on hammer, but I'll give you a call in the next few days.

I've been wanting to get more photos of the bike and it's new fairing and trunk. The only ones I had are the ones "strobe" took after the installs. Well guess what!! I received two more photos of the bike today. They came courtesy of the Medicine Hat Police Dept. Along with them came a request for payment of $194.00. I guess I'll pay them but the photos aren't very good. One is of me and the bike from behind and then a closeup of my license plate. I don't know who they have taking the photos but they sure aren't very good. Very grainy and in blk. and wht.. They must have taken them on my way back to Calgary, the day after the installs. I'm glad I washed the bike.

Aw man, that sucks! Watch your speed, Rick! No frontal picture? Here in AZ, they have to clearly be able to identify the driver.

Congrats Rick! Having been published in a bikes mag, you're now in Police archives, too.

If that doesn't say "y'all come back now", then I don't know what does. That really sucks Rick. I was trying to read the speed, but it is a bit too small 112kmh? in a ?.

Generally speaking I watch my speed and don't knowingly go over like I did then. If it happened where I think it did, it was real close to where you move to a hwy speed. I was just a little early doing that I guess. :-/
