Hand guards not gonna help

This storm was province wide, but we seem of gotten the worst of this storm in Southern Alberta. Usually it's worse from Calgary north but we got the bad this time. It was so cold, the lock on the door at the place where I work was frozen shut so I got to stay home all day. It was all I could do to keep the house warm; we heat with a wood burning stove and I was loading it up every 1/2 hour to keep the heat up in the house.

Got up to -36 on the thermometer but they are saying -50 with the wind chill. Probably won't work again today, most certainly won't be going outside unless I have to.

Supposed to snow on Thursday again.
