Greetings soon-to-be-friends! I am a new member here from Fair Haven, NJ - by the Jersey shore. I currently own two suzuki's - an M50 Boulevard & v-strom 650, and I'm looking to sell my M50 (800cc's) for a Nomad.

I am very close to making a purchase on a Nomad - so i seek your wisdom, counsel, and opinions on what you think would be the better bike for price/year/mileage.

Here are my options (as of now).

2007 black, 18k miles- tourpack, valkerie slip ons, warranty till jan 2012, new avon cobra tires synth oil- $7000 Very good cond.
(pretty far away- 2+ hrs away, more for public transport)

2005 black/silver- 10k miles- kury grips, stock. $7000 Good cond.

2001 burgandy/silver FI model- 14k miles- cobra slashcuts, newer tires & battery, amsoil synth oil used- $4700 Good cond (horn doesn't work, some mild pitting & brake, coolant fluids need change). Also the owner claims this has the 5 gallon tank too. Is that possible???

Whatdya think? Any, all opinions would be appreciated.
