1999 running too rich

Hello anyone

I just purchased a 1999 Nomad with 800 original miles on it. It is in absolutely immaculate shape. I have just put over 200 miles on it and have had to fill the tank twice. Any suggestions on how to get better fuel economy??

The person who was the previous owner lived about 7000 ft above sea level and I am about 2700 ft above sea level - not sure if this could be a factor or not.

Thanks

SOB
