Running rich?

OK folks, here I am again with another need for expert advice. A couple months ago I bought my 04 with 22k. It has a Kury Hypercharger, Cobra FI module and Cobra Slashcuts (boy do they sound good). When I test road it, all went fine and I confirmed that with the wifey, who was watching. When we got home, all was fine. Last Tuesday, it was 41 degrees so I decided to take a ride. When I started the bike, there was smoke; not a lot but obvious. I didn't use the idle control or choke, just moved the throttle a little and she warmed up soon after. When I rolled the throttle...more smoke. It rode fine around the block but I'm concerned. I've started it a couple times since and the same thing. Sometimes it doesn't want to idle. I'm guessing:
1. running rich..I haven't checked the settings on the FI processor.
2. rings :'(

Will someone please tell me the bike is running rich and adjustments of the processor is all I need?
