POG

I'm sure this has been spoken about before now. I saw a post about a new member who purchased a '99 Nomad and was worried about the
"plastic oil gear" or POG. and if it was an easy fix. I tried "searching for a thread on the POG without any luck so.....
I ask you guys out there.....
Is changing out the POG an issue with all Nomads regardless of the year or did Kawasaki get it right somewhere down the road after the "'99's" or "'2000's" ??
