Just picked up a barely used Premeux fairing that is already painted, and decked out with waterproof marine speakers (not sure what ones yet) and a blaupunkdt stereo with SD card slot, aux jack and marine cover. The guy I bought it from got it last summer and sold his bike in the fall to get a harley ultra. Can't wait to get it home and wired up. I will post pics once I get it done this weekend, now if the weather would just warm back up......

Modified -
To save you all from the fish net thongs, here are the pics. The install took about 20 minutes to initially hook up, but then I decided to make a couple of changes and add a power outlet and put my tri-windshield bag on it and rewire the stereo with a trailer plug so I ended up spending the morning on it. Rode for a couple of hours this afternoon and it was sweet! Really reduced any buffeting and the stereo is plenty loud even on the highway with a strong wind. I loved this bike and now I love it even more.

Sorry I don't know how to add the pics right into the post so I have linked this to them on the web

Good for you! is that the one available from the Montreal area?
Use loctite on the bolts that hold the fairing to the bike, Ive had a few work loose over the years. When I first came to KawaNow I was the only one with a fairing, know they're becoming quite popular, I always wondered whats taking the guys so long. ;)

Welcome to the BatNad group. Pics are required as soon as possible. We really must get that BatNad patch I saw somewhere on the forum.

It is the one from the Montreal area. I brought myoldest son and we picked it up and then drove to Ottawa so he can tour the Univ of Ottawa tomorrow. The guy I bought it fromsaid the same thing about the loctite and even had a piece of masking tape on it to remind me about it.

Hammer - already ordered one of the BatNad patches, someone posted the link the other day :-)

Timebandit - Thanks for posting the fairing was for sale. I was able to get a good deal, not even so much as a scratch or stone chip on it. He barely had it on his bike (couple of months) when he sold his bike. He is picking uo his Harley Ultra today so everyone is happy all around.

Thanks again, you are another example of why this forum is so great!

Another welcome to the "BatWing Fairing Brigade". Ring was the first on here to have a fairing, but I was second . Your going to really enjoy it, and a double ditto on "WE'RE GOING TO NEED PICTURES".
