Disappearing Pictures

I learned how to post a picture with text but found that it then appeared in every post there after. So when I remove the picture for the new post, it then disappears from all previous posts too. That means you can't go back and review a previous picture. Is there a way to avoid this?

No, the system does not store the actual pictures, it only has a link to the pictures on another server (photobucket, etc). If the link changes, then the new link is the picture that is displayed.

Are you putting your pictures in the signature area of your profile? That's the only place you can put a picture that will show up in every post. If you want to put a picture in a single post you need to put it in the actual message area of the post. Then it will show up only in that single post.
