Chrome cable clamps

Has anyone tried any of the chrome cable clamps, either machined billet or the cast? I can find 3 manufacturers besides the F&S, and the prices vary and so do the reviews.

Can't wait to see the response. I'm interested as well. I think it would dress up the bike a bit.

What manufacture make them? I think they look great!

Kawasaki Fire and Steel, Pro-One, Arlen Ness, and Kuryakin all make similar clamps but the price of the F&S and Pro-One are about twice as much as the rest. Arlen Ness has various prices because they machine patterns onto the clamps and the Kuryakin are plain so they are the lowest price. All of these are advertised as being machined from billet whereas Pro-One has some cheaper clamps that are cast and chromed. I have read various reviews and apparently I want to stay away from the cast since they do not fit the bar well. Which makes sense since machinists work in thousands and the clamps would be cut on a CNC milling machine so the billet would be far more accurate for size and fit.

It's great to read reviews but I was hoping to actually talk to someone that has the clamps and how they fit the bar. Before I buy 4 of these, at $20 to $36 each, I would like to see them if possible and the dealers do not like to bring in anything without money up front and a lot of times you are stuck with the product if you do not like it.
