Quick Change Baffles??

Has anyone ever made quick change baffles for the Nomad. I'm thinking about taking out the baffles but I'm sure the LW won't like the added "noise" when she is along, which is often. But I'd like a little more macho exhaust when I'm riding solo. I'm thinking a plate welded on the baffle with a couple holes for bolts and threaded holes in the muffler. Maybe threaded inserts welded into the muffler. Any other ideas?

Quick Change Baffles??

When you debaffle the stock pipes it gets lower in tone. It really dosen't get a lot louder. I bet it wouldn't bother her at all. It didn't bother Cindy when I did mine. Now she has her own bike and it dosen't bother her riding all day in back of me.

Wheelie,
I'd go with the debaffling as well (and I did in fact). The tone is great, it is inexpensive, and adds personality without making the bike too loud. Check out some of the threads below, they should give you a well rounded idea regarding the process.
