Could use your prayers

I'm new around here, but I like the lighthearted and positive interaction...you are good people.

If you are of the praying persuasion, please remember my dad, Frank Lawlor of Wichita Falls, TX

He is 65 and has been battling lung cancer for a year. It is now in his brain and hospice is making the home visits.

Dad is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant (26 years), Vietnam Vet, with over 100 combat missions in CH-3 Helicopters in Southeast Asia.

My dad was also an Air Force Master Sergeant. He directed radar ops from a fire base in Dong Ha back about '67. He was a 30 year man. We lost him to lung cancer Dec. 10, 2002.

Sorry to hear about your dad...it's rough...I lost my dad 10 yrs ago to heart problems

I'm sorry about your father's condition. I know what you're going through. I lost my own dad to cancer 01/16/80. He served on a destroyer escort during WWII. My thoughts are with you and your family.

You've got it...My mother in law spent the last 2 weeks of her life with hospice and we lost her earlier this year. Please thank him for his military service and I wish your family peace for soon he will be in a better place.

Our prayers for you and your family. He is , as we say around our household, "large, and in charge". Recent experience with Hospice, great bunch of people. Made mom's time what she wanted-where she wanted.
