What Bike Insurance do you use?

Me I have GEICO, cost $318 a year with $200 deductible COLLISION and $100 deductible COMPREHENSIVE.

Was just wondering if there was alot of difference across the country.

I have insurance with Safeco.....408.00 a year, which was the cheapest I could find. I got a speeding ticket in my car last year and that affected the premium.

Markel American Insurance Company
Call Bikeline 1-800-236-Bike (Agents)

Bodily Injury Liability, $50K Per Per/$100K Per Accident - $60
Property Damage Liability, $25K Per Accident - $20
Comprehensive, Actual Cash Value less $500 Deductible - $74
Collision, Actual Cash Value less $500 Deductible - $95

TOTAL ANNUAL PREMIUM: $249

Includes up to $500 Accessory Package.

We used the Accessory Package as claim for the clothing the Paramedics cut off me in the street after an accident last May. The $500 claim offset the Deductible. This premium is after having a $10,700 claim for damage to the bike for that same wreck.

GEICO $189 a year with free towing 75 miles and 1 hr labor covered. Discount for MS class, good driving record, and being an old fart.

McGraw, part of Pacific Life. $550 a year. Would help if I didn't have a extremely minor accident on my record and had better credit. That part pisses me off!

Credit rating will also affect insurance, or so I have been told.
