Batwing fairings/windshields
Question if I may......... I've seen a few of you are running
the little batwing fairings/windshields. Where are you guys finding them? I've lowered my windshield to the lowest position and then cut 3 more inches off it. I'm from the look over rather than through the plexi club. The seat height is so low on the Nomad It really puts you way under the windshield. It's much better now that I've cut it, but I do like the look of the bat wing and the way it covers the hands. Are they a bolt on deal made specifically for the Nomad, or are you making em fit? Thanks ![]() Windshield after cutting it down 3" and lowering it 2". I'm only 5'10" and it's still a little high. Don't really want to cut it again though. Picture in sig line is when I first got it. Raised to the highest position and the original full height. There was literally 6" of plexi above my line of sight. I know some like looking through the plexi, but I can't handle the distortion and glare it puts off at times. ![]()
