Damn it! I couldn't wait on the new Voyager

I love this bike and it actually fits extra-tall riders. I heard negative reports about tall riders on the new Voyager 1700. I pretty happy, but I'll hate it if the new Voyager actually fits tall riders.

Oh well, I'm investing in America versus Japan.

Jon

Nice looking bike. Personally I am very undecided on them overall, but it looks great!

Great looking bike - If I were going to buy a full dresser, the vision would be one of my choices. I'm tall and like how they fit me as well ENJOY!!!

That is a great looking bike, jon.
Enjoy.
Gotta ask, does the dog like to ride?
I say a fellow on a gold wing with his dog (like yours) riding in his lap.

At the California Bike Show in December, I sat on both bikes, the Voyager & the Victory Vision. The Victory was much more comfortable that the Voyager IMHO. I would guess at least 25% more room for both the passenger & rider. You made a good choice there. Good luck...-Rich

"Meet George Jetson....."

I wanted to test ride a Vision at Cyclefest on Friday, but Victory didn't send a demo crew. Enjoy your bike, she's a beauty!

We have a kawasaki dealer a 100 miles away that also sells the victory bikes and they have them sitting there with lights shining on them and they sure look good that way!!

I test rode the Vision, and it was black too. My only legitimate complaint was that the brakes were vague and spongy. I am tall too, and it fit me just fine, but the price is a little bit above what I want to pay. I will say the Vision feels like a much lighter bike than it is and that 6th gear gets the revs to something like 2500 @ 75mph. The electric windshield is nice as well. Good luck with it.
