First Ride 2009

I don't winterize my bikes ... I ride them once a month for 20 to 30 minutes no matter what the winter weather out side ...

Nomad (aka the Ark) warming up ...

And riding the bowels of the winter underground ...

I call this Dungeon Riding ...

After 7 weeks of being unable to ride, that looks like a blast!

That camera certainly didn't like the speedbump!!!
At least you were able to get on her for a little while.

Unfortunaly, my garage is just too small and crowded to ride. I did get out on Sunday afternoon for a brief run across to Everett and back. Got caught in early part of the Sunday snow storm. So far, 2009, 14.6 miles.

Got me to thinking. Since the rain has kinda ended for a while here, think I'll go down to the basement, roll her outside and fire her up! Might even take a quick spin around the block.

It is flooding in our area...and I don't have a basement. Maybe I will take her for a spin around the kitchen!

2009 miles= 0

But a break in the weather is due tomorrow and it is supposed to be in the 40's....oooooooh can you say suntan lotion?

My goal will be 100 miles by the end of the weekend.

CJ...I just decided you are smarter than me....living in the sun belt.
