Squealing from left side of 2009 1700 Nomad
Beginning a week ago, I noticed a slight squealing noise from the left side of the bike. It only happens after the bike heats up (about 20 minutes of operation) and could only be heard when decelerating from highway speeds through about 20 mph. Sounds like it is coming from the engine rather than the drivetrain/belt. Starting after 10 minutes of warm up now and perhaps a little bit louder. No oil or fluid leaks. Any thoughts on cause?

Dito, Then check your belt tension. Pully First though, then belt. 10mm flex with the belt just like a Harley. But the pully is the most important part. I Am not a mechanic, but the pully bearings are some issues that are some what common running stock OEM specs on the belt tension.
