Is Bike Bandit still in business?

Ordered a couple of parts from them on May 1st. Web site shows order in process. They’ve already taken their money (fortunately, only about 10 bucks). Web site still active, but their customer service number is no longer in service. Anybody else experiencing this? Have always had excellent service from them in the past.

Guess I’ll try Ron Ayers.

Maybe they have laid off staff and are working reduced hours due to their suppliers being in the same position. Go to a dealership and you will find a lot of OEM parts are on back order.

They are still in business, but they are mess. They aren't shipping orders, the online chat is down, they don't answer the phone (even though it is automated), they are horribly slow answering emails, and when an order has to be canceled because they can't fill it, they say you will be credited, but aren't issuing credits. Going on three weeks trying to sort out my order that I eventually had to cancel. They said I should see a credit in a few business days. It's only been 3 business days now, but no sign of a refund so far.

I’ll be cancelling my order as well and try to get a credit. Too bad. They were a good company with very fast shipping.

Gave Ron Ayers a call today and asked if they were accepting online orders and fulfilling them. They said things are taking a little longer than usual because their suppliers are slower, but they are shipping and said they would definitely keep me informed of delays or parts that are not available. So I placed my order this evening. We’ll see.

I placed my order with Cheap Cycle Parts for the same items on May 3rd. Got the UPS notice that they will pick up the order today, so it should be here in 3 - 5 days. Total time 13 - 15 days.

Still haven't resolved the order with Bike Bandit. 6 calendar/4 business days since they acknowledged the cancellation and no refund posted, but I'm being patient due to the pandemic.

Got an email today telling me that my Bike Bandit order had shipped and was on its way. Couple small parts so assuming they’re coming USPS . . . No tracking. Hopefully will have them early next week. Will be 18 or 19 days, but at least they’re still shipping.
Now just waiting for the remaining parts I ordered from Ron Ayers to come in. Guess they’ll be no such thing as quick turn-around for awhile. Just gotta pray for lots of patience these days.
