Best part about winter is a fire in the fireplace.
Looks like a good night for one Tim.

Where are you going? Heading east to see if you can find a drink of water?

We are looking at a green Christmas here. My son and I are thinking about trying to get our first ride of the year in on January first if the current weather predictions come true. We've never done that before!

We have a dumb winter tire law in Quebec, snow or not... they are predicting 17C on Xmas eve... we've had nothing but rain and sun so far this season, I'd love to go riding but won't be putting winter tires on my scoot lol

Greg, he had a Kawasaki 1500 classic that he loved, but the engine self-destructed at 30,000+ miles. Now has a Honda Nighthawk. He likes the cornering and acceleration which are hands down better than his 1500, but he wants to switch back to a cruiser with bags. Likes the Triumph Thunderbird. I keep telling him that if he doesn't want to go for a ST1300 or FJR, then he should get the Victory CCT.

If he is buying used he might consider a Stratoliner S, great power, handling, comf, reliable, but small gas tank. You can pick them up pretty cheap too.

Stratoline/roadliner is a nice bike, bu really long an heavy. Almost bought one when shopping but got a nomad instead, mostly due to the 2006-07 strat having a known issue with 3rd gear slippage.
